About the speakers

Paul Tossell, Head of Novel Foodstuff and Radiological Coverage Workforce, Foods Specifications Agency (FSA)

Paul has been Head of Novel Food items and Radiological Policy Workforce at the FSA given that January 2019. He has overseen coverage progress on CBD and novel alternate protein compliance with novel food items polices, like the transfer toward compliance of edible insects. Christopher Hopley, LGC

Selvarani Elahi MBE

Selvarani Elahi is the Deputy Government Chemist at LGC and the Executive Director of the Foods Authenticity Community.
